Jul 30

Blackberry Ridge will feature larger estate lots ranging from ½ acre to ¾ acre in size. This community will be located in Northeast Allen County.

Please stay tuned for more information regarding lot layout, sq. ft. requirements, and a builder list.

We hope to begin construction of this neighborhood soon, with building sites available as early as late summer 2027.
